Terms of use
These terms are the rules for using Flingster Match. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Flingster Match.
1. You must be 18 or older
Flingster Match is for adults only. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 and old enough to use an adult service where you live. Accounts that appear to belong to minors are removed.
2. How the service works
Flingster Match matches you at random with other users for one-on-one video, voice or text conversations. We don’t guarantee who you will be matched with, that someone will always be available, or that any conversation will go a particular way.
3. Coins and payments
- New users may receive free matches. After those, video and voice calls are billed per minute from your coin balance.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Your balance is shown during calls.
- There are no subscriptions. Coins are only charged when you use them.
- Refunds are handled according to the law that applies to you and the payment method you used.
4. What is not allowed
- Anything involving minors, or anyone who appears to be under 18
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or pressuring anyone
- Explicit content the other person didn’t agree to
- Recording, screenshotting or sharing another user without their consent
- Spam, scams, advertising, or asking other users for money
- Impersonating someone else or using the service for anything illegal
5. Reports and enforcement
You can report or block anyone from inside a conversation. We may review reports and remove content or restrict or close accounts that break these rules, without notice where needed to keep people safe.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you say and show. Don’t share personal details you wouldn’t want a stranger to have, and remember that the other person could record their own screen even though it is against our rules.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
